Lifetime Membership Award

Winner of “Lifetime Membership Award” for 2016 SWSSMB
Jack Whitechurch of “Wendouree Merinos”

Jack Whitechurch is a foundation member of the South West Slopes Stud Merino Field Days.
Jack is highly respected among his fellow stud breeders and has always dedicated his time to help organise the South West Slopes Field Days. It was Jack who first donated the Wendouree Shield, which is a pen of 3 rams and this has been a highly contested event. Jack has won the South West Slopes Ram of the Year and his sheep have won many championships at shows over the years. The Wendouree Stud has produced many top sheep and his rams are keenly sought after. It is very fitting and highly deserved that Jack becomes a life member of the South West Slopes Stud Merino Field Day Committee.
