The participation fee is $100 + GST, fully refundable at the end of the day.

A copy of your current Public Liability Insurance

While catering is provided by Margaret House Women’s Refuge, coffee carts are welcome to sell packaged snack items.

Deadline for applications: 30 June
Spots are limited – please submit all documents and payment by the deadline to avoid being placed on the waiting list.

Coffee carts are welcome to set up at any time on Monday or by 9:00am on Tuesday morning at the latest.
Overnight security will be provided on-site.
